"The Voices Within"
Some people feel as if there is an angel on one shoulder and a demon, or the devil, on the other shoulder, and they are both whispering in their ear to do different things. All these voices are, usually, just a person's conscience trying to speak to them at certain times. One problem is that some people want to listen to the voice that is directing them to do the wrong things. A person's conscience is a mighty thing, and it can be a good thing if a person would care to listen to it. In a lot of cases, there really is a matter of at least two voices speaking, and most people learn to listen to the voice that is the loudest to them. Oh, some people might think of this as being somewhat crazy, but really, they are not. It is just a matter of being able to quieten one voice over the other. Oftentimes, these voices are saying different things, one good and one bad, which leaves a person to decide which to choose.
So listen, My children, it is always up to you as to which voice you will listen to. There is usually, always one trying to lead you in the right direction and one trying to lead you astray. As you look around this world, it is pretty easy to determine which voice some people listen to the most. Simply put, there is good, and the good tries to steer people in a holy and righteous direction. The other voice tries to steer people in the wrong direction, trying to steer them into doing some of the most heinous and evil acts around. He or she who listens to the latter voice will usually end up harming oneself, harming others, end up in jail, living a very unpleasant life, or just end up dead. Now may you be one who listens to the righteous and holy voice, in and through JESUS CHRIST, your Lord, Savior, and King.
