"The Essence of Christmas"
There are a lot of you, both children and adults, who are hoping for and wishing for great things this Christmas, but I will not make any promises to anyone. As far as many of the children are concerned, they have been and are being taught to look to Santa Claus, (or Saint Nicholas), for answers to their prayers, when in all reality of course, the adults in their lives know better but are afraid to be truthful and burst their little bubble so to speak. In some ways, it is like cheating the children out of a chance to know just Who The Lord JESUS truly is in and to their lives, in favor of not wanting to hurt the idea of the great Santa Claus. As a matter of fact, there are some adults, even Christian adults, who will become highly upset and irritated with someone who wants their children to know the real truth about what Christmas is all about as if the children would not be able to understand. Oh yes, they can understand the concept of Santa Claus, but not the concept of a baby being born in a manger. Oh, how sad it is to think that learning the real meaning of Christmas, is about the birth of The Messiah, The Redeemer, and The Savior of all mankind would be so difficult for them to understand.
Therefore My loved ones, please forgive Me for wanting the children to understand the truth first of all, rather than placing their faith and trust in a long-dead and buried man and character called Santa Claus. I realize there was a man named Saint Nicholas who did some very nice things for some people, but he is not around today whereas The Lord JESUS still lives on today. JESUS CHRIST Who was born over 2000 years ago is still alive today while Santa Claus, (St. Nicholas), is not, so what is the biggest miracle of today, JESUS CHRIST or Santa Claus? Oh, I know there are those who might ask what is the harm anyway? Well, actually not that much except for the fact that Christmas tends to place more emphasis on gifts and Santa Claus rather than on the birth of The Lord JESUS CHRIST, The Savior of the world, and Who He was, is, and is to come. There has never been anyone like Him before, or anyone who will ever come close to Him after, and blessed are you who remember that fact, in JESUS' Most Precious and Holy Name.
