"Just Being Thankful"
Well, My children, in many areas of the world this is a day of celebrating Thanksgiving, even though there are certain cultures where it has been watered down, and that is a sad thing indeed. There is nothing wrong with thinking about what you might be thankful for, and therefore giving thanks for it. It is a wonderful thing to do every once in a while, even if there are those who might no longer think that way. It often seems as if any and everything that is good, is often either put down or maligned simply because it is good. As most of you know, satan hates anything having to do with goodness, worthiness, or thankfulness, and that is what this day should be representing. As a matter of fact, from this day to the end of the year is all about peace, joy, love, and happiness, and oh how sad it is for those who just do not seem to get the spirit of this time of year.
Now listen to Me, My children, just know that it is a good thing to be thankful, especially when you are thankful for everything that I have done in your life. I am not opposed to receiving thanks from My children, because believe it or not, people do not say thank you to Me often enough, and I do so much for people on a daily basis that they seldom recognize. As a matter of fact, most people are unaware of the many unseen dangers that I have protected them from in life and I have never received a thank you for them because they were unseen. People think that because I am GOD, a thank you is not necessary, but even I do appreciate a thank you sometimes. Now, not everyone celebrates this day in the same way of course, but those of you who do should be thankful for whatever you have, especially when there are so many who do not have anything or very much at all. So be thankful for what you do have, and blessed you will be for so doing, in JESUS' Most Precious and Holy Name.
