"The Problem With Being
Like JESUS"
There are many things that some people just hate hearing, and one of them is when someone says that they should be more like JESUS CHRIST, their Lord, Savior, and King. To be like JESUS means having to go against the norms of the world, which is one of the smartest things a person can do. To be like JESUS also means to live life in such a way as to put Him and Me first and foremost in your hearts, minds, and souls, and body, which does not sit well with people who are determined to put themselves first. Those who also might not like hearing about being like JESUS are those who are financially greedy. JESUS CHRIST was not so enamored with riches, even though He could have had as much money as He wanted. The thing was, JESUS thought a person's soul was more important than riches, because riches were only temporary, whereas what happens to the soul is eternal, and that, My friend, is what JESUS thought counted more.
Therefore, children of Mine, if being like JESUS CHRIST is what you truly desire, then leave the desires for the things of this world behind. There are those who will concern themselves with money and the secular things of this world, not realizing that these things are only temporary and not eternal. It is those things which are eternal that are most important to JESUS and should be to you as well, because any day or any time could be your day or time, so never forget that fact. To be like JESUS is such a beautiful and wonderful thing, and blessed are all of you who have realized that fact. Many of you are like the rich young man in Matthew 19:22-24, because you have trouble separating yourselves from your riches. Have you not heard the saying, it is the "love of money" that is the root of evil? It is not impossible to separate yourselves from money and things; it is just difficult because of your love for material things. Now, may being like JESUS become your desire, in His Holy and Most Precious Name.
