"For the Love of Money
and/or Things"
So sad to say, but a lot of people are seeing their Heaven right here on earth. Some people are feeling sorry for those who tend to be lacking in money or in material possessions, when in actuality, many of them are the truly blessed ones. Some tend to believe that just because some people might have more material possessions, they are more blessed than someone else, when in reality, that might just not be the real truth. You see, the more some people have financially and materially, the more they are likely to simply forget about Me. Now, of course, that does not apply to everyone who has money and/or possessions, but it does apply to enough of them to keep them out of the real Heaven. Remember that in Matthew 19:24, Mark 10:25, and Luke 18:25, JESUS CHRIST said that it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter GOD's Kingdom, and everyone needs to keep that in mind.
Now listen, My children: be careful as to how you store up your treasures. According to Matthew 6:19-21, (21) Do not save treasures for yourselves here on earth. Moths and rust will destroy them. And thieves can break into your house and steal them. (20) Instead, save your treasures in Heaven, where they cannot be destroyed by moths or rust and where thieves cannot break in and steal them. (21) Your heart will be where your treasure is. It also says in Matthew 6:24, (24) you cannot serve two masters at the same time. You will hate the one and love the other, or you will be loyal to one and not care about the other. You cannot serve GOD and money at the same time. Be true to yourself, therefore, if you happen to love Me more than money or possessions, blessed you will surely be, in and through JESUS CHRIST, your Lord, Savior, and King.
