"Leaders"
As most of you know, it just tends to be human nature to always want to be able to tell someone else what to do or even how to live their life. As a matter of fact, those who do not tend to have this desire within them will seldom make a particular type of leader. No, it is not that they do not make good leaders, they just do not make the kind that derives pleasure from making people do, go, and be something or someone that they want them to be. As some of you know, there are different types of leaders, some are good, some are just alright but passable, and some people make terrible leaders. You will even find these different types of leaders in the Church as well. Those who make some of the best leaders, of course, are those who allow themselves to be led by The Holy Spirit. Oh sure, there are some naturally charismatic leaders who like to run things according to their own dictates and desires, and they are often the ones who usually end up leading people astray.
Now listen to Me, My children, some of you are able to become great leaders as well if you would only let go of your fear of failing. And no, not everyone will be a success their first time out, but with Our help and perseverance, it can and will be achieved. There are and will always be those who will lead by doing things their own way, not seeming to care one bit what We might think or have to say, but then that is their right of course. And yes, these people will have their followers as well, but it will be like the blind leading the blind. In the world of spiritual enlightenment, charisma will take a person only so far before the more intelligent people will realize their folly and stop following. Those who want to be good or great leaders will do so by being led by The Holy Spirit because He will never lead anyone astray. Now may good things be to those of you who are led by The Spirit, in JESUS' Most Precious and Holy Name.
