"Every Talent and Ability Should
Be Appreciated"
There are all sorts of talented people in this world, and it would do people good to learn to honor and appreciate the different talents and abilities that other people have. As many of you know, there are those who do not appreciate talent or ability unless it is the same or similar to their own. For one reason or another, there are those who tend to have little to no respect for anyone's talents or abilities but their own, which is a selfish way to be indeed. There are those who have just been blessed with certain qualities and abilities to be able to do practically anything, but once again, they are not appreciated by everyone. As most of you are aware, there are those who are capable of doing certain things that no one else is very good at doing or being something that not everyone is capable of being, and such are they who deserve to be congratulated. You also have those whose talents or abilities are not considered to be very much, but even so, they too deserve a round of applause or appreciation as well.
From this day forth My children, learn to be the type of people who are appreciative and complimentary of every talent and/or ability, from the least to the greatest. Just think, how would some jobs that some people think is below them get done if there was no one to do that particular job? Oh yes, it is easy for people to applaud and appreciate those so-called high-class glamorous jobs, or some jobs for which there is a lot of respect, but the lower jobs deserve the same respect as any other. Now I have said all of this to say that no one should ever consider themselves to be any more important than another because as you know, there are those who do feel that way. And for that matter, no one talent or ability should be considered to be so much higher than another, because no matter what, all are needed at one time or another, and it would do everyone good to remember that fact. Now may you be one who remembers these things, in JESUS' Most Precious and Holy Name.
