"Talking About Sex"
When you stop to take notice of how important the world tends to make sex seem, is it any wonder that a lot of people tend to see it as being one of the most important things in life? Also, is it any wonder that a lot of people see it as being somewhat recreational, not really having to show any allegiance or be monogamous to or with anyone? There used to be a song that said if you can't be with the one you love, then love the one you're with, and there are many people who tend to do just that. And another thing, because of the examples that are seen by many of the young people, is it any wonder that a lot of them begin early and often having sex? You cannot really call it making love with them, because most of them are too young to even know or care what true love really is. It is also somewhat sickening to see and/or hear some of the things people will do and/or say all in the name of sex.
Therefore My darling children, do not treat sex as the world does, because it can be a beautiful thing when it is done the right way and with the right person. Hopping in and out of bed with different partners is certainly not the righteous way of doing things. Another thing, cheating on the one who you are supposed to love is also not considered to be a righteous way to live. Young people of today often get the idea that it is okay to treat sex as they do because of the examples on television shows and movies in which such cheating and lack of morals happen all of the time. When such things are being seen as normal, how could the act of making love be seen as something special? Too many people tend to see the act of making love as just plain old sex, and that is so sad to see. What many people feel for one another is nothing more than lust, and when the lusting for one another is over, then so is the relationship. I ask each of you therefore to not do or be as the world, and blessed you shall surely be in your relationship, in JESUS' Most Precious and Holy Name.
