"Do You Put GOD First?
When you think about the world and about what people see as being most important in their lives, JESUS CHRIST, The Holy Spirit, and I are seldom placed at the top of the list. In more cases than not in fact, money and the pursuit thereof is what usually comes in first place. When My Word says that no one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve GOD and mammon, which means GOD and anything else you think as much of as GOD. This is proven on a daily basis, even by many of those who claim to love Us. Second, on the popularity list are the things that money can buy, from the smallest of things to the largest. And for those who have the most money, the bigger the better as far as they are concerned. Third on the list usually comes the personal relationships in a person's life, of which We are not counted most of the time, and oh what a shame that is. Fourth, comes the things people love to do, such as hobbies, parties, and such. After these things, We will usually be thought about, in which case, We are glad that We could even make the list at all.
Now listen to Me, My children in CHRIST, it would be so nice if We could be at the top of the list in most of your lives. It would also be so nice if more of you would remember the fact that it is because of Us that you are able to have your money and the things that money can buy. You should also remember that We are responsible for whatever good relationships you might have or have had. I am aware that We do not get as much credit for very much in many of your eyes, except for in the eyes of those who legitimately and truthfully do put Us first in their lives. If you have ever seen fit to crack open My Word, you would know that I am a jealous GOD, but not for some humanly petty reason. No, I am jealous because of what I know that I can do for and have done for most of you, and I would love to be appreciated and loved back because of it. Most of you see Us as Someone or Something you think will always be there or here for whenever you decide to notice Us, but that might not always be the case. You must each remember that I know the hearts of each of you intimately. Now may you be one who has learned to put Us first in all things, in and through JESUS CHRIST your Lord and Savior.
